What we can help with when you sell your house to us.
Hey, it's Joe. Selling the house is usually the easy part. Getting out of it is the hard part — the stuff, the timing, where you're going next. Here's what we can do about that.
What we can help with
- Leave what you don't want. Take what you want. Leave the rest — furniture, the attic, the garage, the junk. We clean it out after closing. You don't lift a finger.
- Pick your closing date. Tell us the day you need to be out and we work backward from it. Need a couple months? Fine. Need it fast? We can close in as little as 2–3 weeks.
- Help finding your next place. An apartment, a smaller house, a place near family. We've helped sellers find somewhere to go before closing — we'll make calls with you.
- Help with the move itself. A hand loading the truck, help with the U-Haul cost, someone to point you to for boxes and hauling. Just ask.
- Some of the money before closing. If you need money down on the next place, or cash to cover the move before we close, ask us early — sometimes we can advance part of it. Tell us when we're first talking about price, not after, so we can build it into the offer.
- A little time after closing. If you need to stay a week or two after the sale to finish moving out, ask — sometimes we can work that out. Same thing here: bring it up before we make the offer so we can plan around it.
- Straight answers. If we're not the right buyer for your house, we'll tell you — and give you the name of a realtor who'll get you more.
